Why Practical Dreamers?

As a family, colleagues and professionals, we believe concrete changes need to happen in the world to put people before profits, save our environment, and achieve equity for all human beings. With people as the foremost priority, we believe in delivering excellence with innovation, but in integral collaboration with our partners, external consultants and allies. Given dreams by nature are not practical, we hope to work with like minded people to make them a reality. 

As Paul Edwards mentioned, “a practical dreamer is both the architect and the builder, creating what could be from the reality of what is”. To make our dreams practical, “we need to walk with one foot in the world of imagination, hopes, wishes, dreams and possibilities and the other firmly planted in the world of physical reality with all its limitations; like time, money, space, form, material and the needs of other people.” 

Besides the consultancy firm, we want to collaborate with a selected team of value-sharing internal and external consultants in different fields, joining efforts as Practical Dreamers to join and grow The Dolphin Mentality Movement.
